RHUBARB GIN
Our rhubarb gin is created using a bespoke technique developed by our distiller Ben Coathup. His method involves combining sugar with richly coloured, sweet rhubarb sourced from small scale growers located across the Far South Coast of NSW. The syrup is added to our own Australian Dry Gin base to create a smooth spirit with Australian botanicals adding depth and character to a distinctive rhubarb flavour.
